It began in uniform
Love Coffee Roasters started during my service as a U.S. Army medic, from a passion for roasting that began as a hobby while serving our country.

But the values behind it run through my family's Sicilian heritage — back to their produce stand at Cleveland's famous West Side Market, where freshness wasn't a marketing line but the job. You knew where the food came from, who handled it, and whether it was sold with care.

Today we roast fresh every week in small batches, because the best-tasting coffee is the freshest — it brings out the full flavor, aroma, and character every bean was meant to deliver. Every bag reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, community, and serving fresh coffee with purpose.
The shop today
From cart to corner shop
It began as a coffee cart — two years pouring at farmers markets and private events across greater Cleveland. In 2026 it found a home in Avon Lake: a corner shop on Lake Road where you can finally pull up a chair.
